Overview
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Arroyo Grande is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent overnight guest service while completing nightly accounting and front desk operations. The Night Auditor plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests while maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems
- Perform night audit procedures and balance daily hotel transactions
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Conduct basic property security checks during overnight hours
- Prepare nightly reports and communicate important updates to management
- Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with hotel systems (Hilton PeP or similar) is a plus
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Schedule Availability
Candidates must be available for:
- Overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM)
- PM shift (3PM - 11 PM)
- Weekends and holidays when needed
- Additional shifts to cover front desk when required
