Treatment Coordinator – Full-Arch Dental Implants
The Implant Center | Portland, Oregon
The Implant Center is a specialized dental implant practice focused on helping patients with failing or missing teeth regain their confidence, function, and quality of life through full-arch dental implant treatment.
We are looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator who can guide patients through one of the most important healthcare decisions they will make.
This is not a traditional front-office treatment coordinator position.
Our ideal candidate understands how to build trust quickly, uncover what is truly motivating a patient to seek treatment, clearly communicate the value of comprehensive implant care, navigate financial concerns, and confidently help qualified patients make a decision.
Previous experience presenting and closing full-arch dental implant cases is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do
You will primarily meet with prospective dental implant patients who have already expressed interest in treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting in-person treatment consultations with prospective implant patients
- Building strong rapport and understanding each patient's goals, concerns, and reasons for seeking treatment
- Helping patients understand their treatment options and the impact treatment could have on their life
- Presenting full-arch treatment plans that commonly represent a significant financial investment
- Discussing payment options and third-party financing clearly and confidently
- Helping patients work through concerns regarding cost, timing, fear, and uncertainty
- Following up with patients who are considering treatment
- Maintaining organized follow-up with prospective patients throughout their decision-making process
- Working closely with the doctor and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience
- Tracking consultation activity, case acceptance, follow-up, and other key performance metrics
Who We’re Looking For
The strongest candidates will have experience in full-arch dental implants, All-on-X, 3on6-style treatment, implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, or another high-value elective healthcare environment.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have previously presented or closed full-arch implant cases
- Are comfortable discussing treatment plans in the $20,000–$50,000+ range
- Have a track record of strong case acceptance or high-ticket sales performance
- Know how to ask thoughtful questions and listen rather than simply give a presentation
- Can discuss money comfortably without making patients feel pressured
- Understand how to identify the real concern behind a patient's hesitation
- Are confident following up with patients who have not yet made a decision
- Are competitive, accountable, and motivated by measurable results
- Communicate exceptionally well in person and over the phone
- Are empathetic and genuinely enjoy helping people make meaningful changes in their lives
Experience We Especially Value
Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:
- Full-arch dental implants
- All-on-4 / All-on-X
- ClearChoice or similar implant centers
- Implant treatment coordination
- High-production cosmetic dentistry
- Dental financing
- High-ticket elective healthcare sales
- In-home or consultative sales involving significant purchase decisions
Candidates with direct full-arch treatment coordinator experience will receive priority consideration.
What Makes This Role Different
Patients coming to The Implant Center are often dealing with years of dental problems, embarrassment, difficulty eating, fear of dentistry, or frustration with previous dental treatment.
This role is about much more than presenting a treatment plan.
The Treatment Coordinator becomes the person who helps patients determine whether they are ready to finally solve a problem that may have affected them for years.
We believe the best treatment coordinators combine empathy, emotional intelligence, excellent communication, strong follow-up, and the ability to confidently ask for a decision.
We do not believe in pressuring patients into treatment.
We do believe in helping patients clearly understand their options, overcome uncertainty, and make a decision when treatment is right for them.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this position is measured by more than simply being personable.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their results and consistently works to improve:
- Consultation show rate
- Case acceptance
- Collected treatment
- Financing approvals
- Follow-up conversion
- Patient experience
You will be joining a growing implant-focused practice with significant opportunity for someone who wants to become an important part of the organization.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal hire is someone who has already spent time in a successful full-arch implant practice and understands the unique psychology of these consultations.
You understand that patients rarely make a $20,000–$50,000 healthcare decision based on clinical information alone. You know how to discover what matters to them, communicate value, address concerns, and help them confidently determine their next step.
If you have successfully helped patients move forward with full-arch dental implant treatment and are looking for an opportunity where your abilities can have a meaningful impact, we would like to speak with you.
Please apply with your resume and briefly describe any experience you have with full-arch implants, treatment coordination, case acceptance, or high-ticket consultative sales.
