Residential Sales Estimator – Home Remodeling & Construction
Location: Ocala, FL (serving North Central Florida)
Pay: $65,000 – $180,000 per year (W-2, commission-based, company car provided)

The Role
We’re hiring a Sales-Focused Project Estimator with experience in construction or handyman services. You’ll conduct in-home visits with homeowners, assess projects, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales. You’ll also hold an active seat in a local networking group and occasionally attend home shows or marketing events.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home project assessments (remodels, siding, decks, windows/doors, flooring).
- Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals.
- Close sales through a consultative, client-first approach.
- Manage your pipeline with our CRM system.
- Network locally and represent Always Home Repair in the community.

Requirements
- 2+ years sales experience in residential construction/remodeling
- Strong estimating and client communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
