Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Storage Manager to lead our rental operations with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the daily management of rental inventory, coordinate sales activities, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will drive revenue growth, optimize inventory control, and foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of rental inventory, including tracking, maintenance, and replenishment, to ensure availability and quality standards are met.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote rental services and attract new customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining accurate records of transactions, contracts, and inventory logs payment collection.

- Maintain organized records for inventory control, sales reports, and customer interactions to support ongoing business growth.
- collect rent from tenants in person, by phone, or via other approved methods and post payments promptly to tenant accounts in the facility’s management system. You may also handle cash, checks, and in-person credit card transactions, filing receipts and recording payments on ledger cards
- A key part of collections is tracking and addressing late payments. Managers maintain a collections worksheet and contact tenants who are 15+ days past due, often reaching out to alternate contacts if the primary tenant is unreachable. The goal is to keep the delinquency rate at or below 10%

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking and interpersonal interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals, close sales, and manage customer relationships professionally.
- Outstanding customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
