Job Summary
Join our network of Independent Delivery Drivers and take charge of delivering exceptional service directly to our customers’ doorsteps! As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule while ensuring timely, safe, and professional deliveries. All you need is a CELL PHONE (Android or IOS) and an INSURED VEHICLE. Your role is vital in creating positive experiences for our customers and maintaining the reputation of our delivery network. Incentives will be offered for consistency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Sort, unload, and secure packages safely in your own vehicle.
- Deliver goods to residential and commercial locations across assigned routes with precision and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction during each delivery.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain optimal safety standards.
- Manage documentation related to deliveries in app.
- < 50 lb. packages.
- Complete at least 65 or more stops daily
Experience
- No Experience Necessary! Will be Trained.
- Demonstrated ability to load & unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- How to use your cell phone camera.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude toward clients and team members.
- Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times daily.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
