What You Will Lead
Full project accounting oversight: job cost reports, variance analysis
WIP schedules and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition
Subcontractor compliance: liens, insurance, W-9s
Month-end and year-end close, consolidations, reconciliations
AIA billing, monthly draws, and capital project funding
Auditor relations and tax and sales reporting support
Lead AP, AR, payroll teams and strengthen internal controls
What You Bring
7+ years of accounting and finance experience
Construction or real estate development experience is a major plus
Strong understanding of job costing, cost codes, and contracts
Solid financial reporting and tax knowledge
Proven leadership in managing accounting operations
