- Position: Locum Tenens Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Setting: High-acuity pediatric / Level IV NICU environment
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- End Date: April 12, 2027
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
- Shift Time: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Credentialing Timeframe: 6-8 weeks
- Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 patients per day
- Current Acute Care Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-AC) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PICU and/or Level IV NICU experience
- Experience with Epic EMR required
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Strong skills in trach and ventilator management
- Experience with arterial punctures and intubations required
- Must be comfortable practicing in a highly specialized neonatal and pediatric critical care setting
- Compact RN licensure may be considered

- Provide advanced acute care support for critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients
- Manage care within a high-acuity BPD unit and Level IV NICU setting
- Perform and assist with advanced procedures including arterial puncture and intubation
- Support tracheostomy and ventilator management for complex patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric care team to deliver safe, effective treatment
- Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition with clinical precision
- Document care accurately in Epic and contribute to smooth continuity of care
- Maintain a high standard of compassionate, family-centered pediatric care
