Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Seasonal Warehouse Forklift Operator to assist with increased warehouse activity during our busy season. This role involves operating forklifts to move, load, and stage materials efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks and containers
- Move, stack, and stage products within the warehouse
- Work closely with shipping clerk to ensure correct product is loaded on trucks
- Verify materials against shipping and receiving documentation
- Perform routine forklift inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Ability to work in a cooler at 40 degrees
Qualifications
- Previous forklift or warehouse experience required
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
