Cool Cat Fence is looking for an ambitious, results-driven Inside Sales / CSR Manager to lead our appointment-setting team.
This is NOT a traditional customer service management role.
Our CSRs are not order takers.
They are salespeople.
Their job is to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into scheduled appointments for our sales team. Every fence we build starts with an appointment, and every appointment starts with a conversation led by your team.
As the Inside Sales Manager, your mission is to build, coach, and lead a team that consistently books more appointments, improves conversion rates, and creates revenue opportunities for the company.

What You'll Do
You'll manage a team responsible for turning leads into scheduled appointments.
You will:
- Recruit, train, and develop top-performing appointment setters.
- Hold team members accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Create a culture of urgency, professionalism, and performance.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Celebrate wins and address underperformance quickly.
Increase Appointment Volume
The primary scorecard for this role is simple:
How many qualified appointments is your team booking?
You'll be responsible for:
- Increasing appointment-setting conversion rates.
- Maximizing every inbound lead opportunity.
- Improving outbound follow-up effectiveness.
- Reducing lost opportunities.
- Ensuring leads are contacted quickly and consistently.
You'll review calls, conduct role-playing sessions, and continuously improve team performance.
Build a Scalable Department
As Cool Cat Fence continues to grow, you'll help develop systems, processes, and training programs that allow the department to scale while maintaining exceptional results.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
