Job Summary
Center City Boutique Civil Litigation Defense Firm has immediate openings for Attorneys with at least one year of practice experience. (Priority given to candidates who possess both a Pennsylvania and New Jersey law license.) Firm offers mentorship and opportunities for immediate court experience and professional growth. Attorney Responsibilities
- Daily File Handling of client contact/reporting, record and discovery review. Qualified and/or ambitious Candidates will be given opportunity for immediate depositions, motions, arbitrations and second chair trial.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and advance motion/briefs.
- Draft and review status reports, pleadings, discovery, medical summaries and motions.
- Collaborate with client and other staff to develop case strategies.
- Manage case files efficiently while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date with daily time accounting.
- Sporadic travel requirement within Eastern PA and New Jersey for Court events.
- Firm sponsored opportunities for client relationship meeting and building your own book of business.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
