Position Description and Requirements

Part time - 10 to 20 hours per week

Candidates must be available Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays for a 3 hour and 20 minute session

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education or other related field preferred but not required

Minimum 1 year experience working with children with special needs, such as Autism, implementing behavior and educational goals and programs

Experience with Discrete Trial and ABA preferred

Demonstrate a clear understanding of the basic principles of behavior modification and the programs provided by Innovative Pathways Inc.

Willing to drive to client locations across the East Bay Area
Compensation
$17 to $24 per hour depending on experience
