HVAC Technician requirements:
- 4-5+ years in HVAC maintenance & repairs experience
- Residential experience required
- Clean MVR required
- Light Commercial experience preferred

HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC Systems for both residential and light commercial customers
- Equipped with a company vehicle, an iPhone, and an iPad to manage work orders, service calls, and customer communications electronically
- Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures.
- Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures.
- Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts.
- Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
