Duties
- Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and eyelash extensions to meet individual client needs.
- Deliver professional massage therapy services such as deep tissue massage and relaxation massages to promote wellness and stress relief.
- Conduct spa services like waxing (body waxing and facial waxing), makeup application, nail care, and product demos to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide aesthetic laser treatments with precision and safety while educating clients on post-treatment care.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff at all times.
- Engage with clients through effective communication about treatment options, skincare routines, retail products, and personalized recommendations.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and other spa offerings to boost client results and satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or dermabrasion.
- Skilled in massage therapy techniques including deep tissue massage and relaxation massage.
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Experience performing waxing services (body waxing and facial waxing) along with nail care is preferred.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic workspace is essential.
- Ability to educate clients about skincare products, make recommendations for retail sales, and demonstrate product use confidently.
