The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Purchasing Specialist
What You Will Do
Prepare and process purchase orders accurately, ensuring compliance with the firm's procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders and invoices. Update relevant databases or systems to track procurement data and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, tracking usage, and replenishing supplies as needed. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of necessary items.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues or concerns that may arise. Maintain professional and positive relationships with vendors.
Collaborate with the finance department to track and monitor purchasing expenditures against budgetary allocations. Provide reports or updates on purchasing activities as required.
What You Must Have
Excellent Communication Skills
Detail oriented and thorough.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
