Discover your full potential. We are partnering with a growing engineering consulting organization delivering complex water resources, drainage, and flood mitigation programs across Texas. This team works on high-impact infrastructure projects supporting municipalities, DOTs, and regional agencies.
This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Hydrology & Hydraulics (H&H) professional to drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and play a key role in expanding project backlog across the region.

- Lead technical delivery of hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) analyses across transportation, municipal, and flood control projects
- Oversee modeling efforts including 1D/2D hydraulic modeling, watershed analysis, and drainage design
- Support and lead development of drainage reports, flood studies, and infrastructure design solutions
- Manage project teams, schedules, and budgets across multiple active programs
- Serve as a client-facing leader, supporting business development and expanding relationships
- Mentor junior engineers and build internal technical capabilities
- Provide QA/QC oversight on complex modeling and design deliverables
- 10–15+ years of experience in hydrology & hydraulics or water resources engineering
- Strong experience with HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, and related modeling tools
- Background supporting transportation drainage, floodplain studies, or municipal infrastructure projects
- PE license required (Texas preferred or ability to obtain)
- Proven ability to lead projects and engage with clients
- Experience with TxDOT, municipalities, or flood control districts strongly preferred
