About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into high-quality structural components, ensuring every weld and fit meets rigorous precision standards to drive project success.
Responsibilities-
Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise assembly and fabrication requirements.

Utilize Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and various fitting techniques to construct durable metal assemblies.

Ensure structural integrity by performing thorough inspections and testing on all finished joints.

Optimize production efficiency by maintaining tools and equipment in peak operational condition.

Collaborate with the shop floor team to streamline workflows and consistently meet project deadlines.

Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive environment.
Qualifications-
Proven professional experience in welding and metal fitting.

Demonstrated proficiency in reading blueprints and utilizing precision measurement tools like tape measures.

Strong mechanical aptitude with effective troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification.

Current welding certifications (e.g., AWS or ASME).
