Ladies & Gents Bartending & Catering is a growing mobile hospitality company providing bartending, catering, staffing, and event services throughout New York and expanding into Virginia. We serve private events, weddings, corporate activations, nonprofit organizations, and luxury brands.
We’re looking for a driven Booking Agent who enjoys sales, relationship building, and client sourcing.
Preference will be given to candidates located in New York or Virginia due to market familiarity.

What You’ll Do
- Source and contact potential clients by phone, text, and email.
- Build quotes using company pricing the send to management for closing.
- Follow up consistently with warm leads given by management
- Book consultations.
- Maintain accurate CRM/client records.
- Prospect for new business by researching event planners, venues, corporations, nonprofits, and event coordinators.
- Reach out to businesses regarding upcoming events and hospitality needs.
- Meet weekly booking and outreach goals.
Compensation
