American HTV & Craft Tulsa provides crafting materials including but not limited to: hats, shirts, sweatshirt, patches, vinyl, heat transfers, and much more! Our store is designed to support all the needs of a crafter and those needing designs for any occasion.
We are NEW to Tulsa and looking for an exceptional Part -Time Retail Store Associate to support day-to-day activities in our fast-paced, craft supply store. This individual is patient, kind and provides excellent customer service. They will assist walk-in customers, support fellow team members, answer phones, and assist with store inventory replenishment. The ideal candidate is dependable track record, works hard and is energetic. Must be a self-starter, comfortable taking direction and a fast learner.
JOB DUTIES
- Greets every customer and provides excellent service.
- Engages in professional, friendly conversation about their project to understand their needs, and escorts customers to desired product locations in the store.
- Assist with receiving and responsible for stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store shelving is neat and presentable; reports maintenance needs
- Process customer transactions efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
- Proactively drives sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling, and execution of innovative merchandising.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Heat, transfer, vinyl, sublimation experience preferred
- Professional attitude and excellent manners that exceed customer expectations.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including, days, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
- Proven ability to problem-solve.
- Demonstrate ability to provide superior customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Standing and walking long periods
- Frequently bending down and reaching over head; occasionally crawling.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
