Position Summary
The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and with a high level of presentation. This role supports servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food to the correct tables efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all plates are presented properly (garnishes, cleanliness, correct seat numbers) before leaving the kitchen
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders, modifications, and timing
- Assist in expediting orders during busy service
- Describe dishes when delivering them to guests when needed
- Run sauces, condiments, and extra items promptly
- Help maintain cleanliness on expo line
- Has knowledge (or willing to learn) TOAST POS
Pay: $13.00 - $30.00 per hour
