The Mogy Law Firm, NC is a growing personal injury law firm servicing clients across the state of North Carolina.. We are looking to hire outgoing and energetic people willing to work on various departments ranging from intake, to claims, to medical records collections. This individual must be able to attentive to details, able to handle time sensitive matters, and be able to multi task.
Intake specialists candidates must be sales oriented and willing to work to recruit new clients. Canduates must feel comfortable in sales atmosphere and feel comfortable talking to new potential clients. All candidate must have a positive personality, be able to deal with difficult clients, and the ability to work well with others. They should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, be capable of answering multiple phone lines, and be friendly and outgoing. Bilingual is preferred (Spanish) but not required. This position is Mon- Fri 8-5.
