Position Summary:
This role is designed to help our team operate more efficiently by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing transactions, maintaining databases, and keeping projects on track.
The ideal candidate loves organization, enjoys learning new technology, communicates well, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This position starts at approximately **12 hours per week** with the opportunity to grow as the business expands.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Executive Support
* Manage calendars and appointments
* Coordinate meetings
* Organize travel arrangements
* Prepare meeting agendas
* Track follow-up items
* Organize digital files
* Maintain task lists
* Draft professional emails
* Organize Google Drive
Residential Real Estate Support:
* Maintain CRM
* Prepare listing checklists
* Coordinate photography
* Schedule inspections
* Track transaction timelines
* Organize listing documents
* Update client database
* Coordinate closing gifts
* Maintain marketing materials
Commercial Real Estate Support:
* Organize property information
* Update owner databases
* Build prospecting spreadsheets
* Prepare meeting packets
* Organize CoStar exports
* Research basic property information
* Maintain digital property files
* Assist with commercial marketing materials
Marketing Support:
* Schedule social media posts
* Upload YouTube videos
* Organize photos and videos
* Create simple Canva graphics
* Prepare newsletters
* Update marketing calendars
* Assist with presentations
Administrative Support:
* Maintain spreadsheets
* Data entry
* Organize contacts
* Create reports
* Prepare documents
* File management
* General office support
