Compensation
- Average weekly earnings:* $1,400–$1,600*
- Annual earnings:* Approximately $72,800–$83,200*
- Sign-on bonus:* $2,000*
- CPM:* $0.58–$0.70* (based on experience)
Position Overview
- Full-time Regional position
- Home Weekly
- Dry van freight
- No-touch loads
- Typical schedule of 5–6 days per week
- Consistent regional routes
- Average 2,500–3,000 miles each week

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving record
- No DUI history or SAP participation
- Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
- Must live within 50 miles of Odessa, TX
Responsibilities
- Safely transport freight on assigned regional routes
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Keep electronic driver logs accurate and up to date
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Stay in communication with dispatch throughout each trip
