About the company:
Cabana Coffee Company is a small lot specialty coffee roaster serving wholesale, institutional, corporate and retail customers. We only deal with Arabica beans hand selected by our importers. Our roasting is done by order, never batch roasted and our cold brew coffee is developed on demand to assure freshness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages with care and consistency
- Provide excellent customer service — greet guests warmly, engage in friendly conversation, and ensure every customer feels welcome
- Work collaboratively with coworkers to maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Perform regular cleaning and restocking tasks to keep the store tidy, organized, and fully operational
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive
- Prior barista or café experience required
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends
Hours: Early morning / Late afternoons
Salary: Starting $17.00 per hour
Required experience: Prior barista experience required.
