We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
Duties
- Operate trucks to transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo delivered.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local driving regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the truck interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDLA) is required.
- Proven track record as a truck driver with a strong safety record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass all required background checks and drug screenings.
