Position Title: Hybrid Litigation Associate Attorney
The Litigation Associate Attorney position offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex legal cases within a collaborative environment. Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE
Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 10-25 cases, focusing on complex litigation matters

Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop case strategies

Conduct legal research and prepare necessary documentation for cases

Engage in discovery processes, including document reviews

Consult with clients and maintain effective communication throughout the litigation
Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

1+ years of litigation experience

Experience in General Civil Litigation required; environmental law is preferred

Strong writing skills are essential

Graduated from an accredited law school

Active Bar membership in California

Trial preparation experience is preferred

Deposition experience is preferred

Candidates with senior experience considered
