No Automotive Experience Required
Annual Commission Potential: $50,000 - $200,000
Classic Cadillac is seeking to hire a full-time SALES ASSOCIATE responsible for providing customers with product information and assisting them in the vehicle selection process. This position will also place a strong emphasis on social media marketing and video content creation.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, creative, comfortable in front of a camera, and active on Instagram and Facebook. You will have the opportunity to create content featuring new Cadillac and pre-owned vehicles, build your personal presence online, generate leads, and develop your own customer base.

Social Media & Content Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Instagram and Facebook Reels, Stories, photos, and videos
- Film vehicle walkarounds, new arrivals, pre-owned inventory, and customer deliveries
- Create content highlighting Cadillac features, technology, and new models
- Showcase interesting and desirable pre-owned vehicles
- Develop creative automotive content designed to generate engagement and customer leads
- Respond to customers and prospects through social media
- Build and grow your personal automotive presence and customer network
- Use social media as a tool to generate appointments and vehicle sales
You do not need a large following or professional video experience. Creativity, personality, consistency, and a willingness to learn are what we're looking for.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- No Dealership experience is required, but knowledge of the automotive industry/Cadillac brand is a plus
- Customer Service experience is a MUST
- Social media, video, photography, or content creation experience is a plus
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking with customers
- Active on Instagram and/or Facebook
- Know the ins & outs of products, optional packages, and latest technology
- Create excitement about Cadillac and our pre-owned inventory
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Effective at handling customer objections and delivering a world-class customer experience
- Great communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude and superior work ethic
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Uphold high ethical standards and maintain a professional appearance/demeanor
- Must be able to work Saturdays and pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Minimum of 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s License
