Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Ranch Hand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong willingness to learn. This position involves various tasks related to the daily operations of the ranch, including mowing, trimming, equipment operation, and general maintenance of farm facilities. The Ranch Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ranch activities while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
Duties
- Mowing, trimming, maintaining property
- Tree maintenance and cutting
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment, including tractors and mowers.
- Utilize power tools for various maintenance tasks around the farm.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Assist with gardening tasks, including planting flowers, vegetables, and maintaining garden beds.
Experience
- Previous experience in farming or landscaping settings is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for operating and troubleshooting equipment.
- Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with other staff members.
