Maderas – Server Position
Located in the heart of Montrose, Maderas is an upscale, intimate boutique restaurant inspired by the energy, flavors, and culture of Mexico City. We focus on elevated hospitality, thoughtful execution, and creating a dining experience that feels both refined and alive.
We don’t hire often. When we do, we’re looking for professionals who take pride in their craft.
What We Expect
Maderas servers are not order-takers—they are experience creators.
You must be able to:
- Deliver a memorable, high-level dining experience from first greet to final check
- Speak confidently and concisely about food, cocktails, and ingredients
- Guide guests through the menu with intention (not just take orders)
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and execution
- Maintain a clean, organized section at all times
- Carry yourself with professionalism, awareness, and positive energy
- Recognize opportunities to drive sales through cocktails, specials, and second rounds
- Work as part of a tight, team-focused environment
Spanish is a plus.
