This is more than a warehouse position—you'll play a critical role in delivering, maintaining, and supporting life-changing medical equipment used by healthcare providers throughout Southern California.

What You'll Do
As a Product & Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our medical equipment is clean, functional, and delivered safely to our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering and picking up medical equipment from healthcare facilities
- Cleaning, sanitizing, testing, and servicing NPWT units and low air loss mattresses
- Maintaining accurate inventory in company vehicles
- Assisting with shipping and receiving operations
- Assembling equipment and troubleshooting basic equipment issues
- Providing product in-services and basic training to facility staff
- Utilizing MedaVerse software to track equipment and service activity
- Maintaining detailed service documentation and inventory records
- Assisting with daily warehouse operations
- Providing outstanding customer service to our healthcare partners
- Keeping company vehicles and equipment clean and well maintained
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
Qualifications include:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clean California driving record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week per month, including weekends)
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
