Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Summary:
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations. You’ll evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy to help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans
- Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
- Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
