Position Overview
Are you a highly motivated, hard-working, and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service? KoC Outdoors is seeking a Customer Service & Inventory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while supporting the daily operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and courteous attitude, both in person and over the phone.
- Collaborate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
- Order, organize, and inventory parts from multiple vendors, maintaining accurate records.
- Complete monthly inventory reports and assist with inventory management.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Learn all facets of the business and proactively offer assistance to other team members as needed.
- Utilize multiple computer programs to manage orders, inventory, and customer information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and experience working with various software programs.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Outgoing, customer-centric, and a true team player.
- No college diploma required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 53 per week
