CIE USA-Century Plastics, a division of the global enterprise CIE Automotive, is seeking a talented CSM Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Primary Purpose: Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance Program to Molding and Auxiliary Equipment for our company.
Essential Functions:
- Complete assigned work orders on non PM Maintenance
- Complete assigned PM tasks
- Collect data from machines and auxiliary equipment repairs and establish a Predictive Maintenance Program
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems on molding equipment
- Maintain auxiliary equipment such as dryers, loaders, hot runners, cooling towers, and grinders.
- Cleaning overspray on End Of Arm Tooling on the robots
- Repairs and Preventive Maintenance to Oil Heaters
- Perform all documentation for respective area
- Perform duties instructed by your supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hydraulic and Electrical training
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar field or 1 year experience as apprentice
- Knowledge of ISO/Polyol spraying process is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, lifting, bending, twisting.
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
