What You’ll Do
As a Senior Store Associate / Key Holder, you’ll play an important role in creating a great customer experience while helping drive store success. You’ll assist customers, support daily operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and sales-ready store.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and solutions
- Support retail and commercial sales efforts
- Suggest add-on products and services when appropriate
- Operate the register and complete sales transactions accurately
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions
- Help identify potential commercial/business customers
- Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management
- Load and unload products as needed
- Rotate stock and maintain organized displays
- Build and break down product displays
- Maintain shelf labels and store pricing accuracy
- Perform battery testing, installation, and replacement
- Assist with light technical services and device repairs
Additional Training Provided
No smartphone or tablet repair experience? No problem. We will train the right candidate. If you’re eager to learn, we’ll teach you the skills needed to assist customers with device repair and battery installation services.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and enjoys working with both people and products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred, but not required:
- Previous retail, sales, or key holder experience
- Experience in battery replacement, device repair, or related technical work

Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling.
Applicants who are able to work between our Hillsborough and Burlington area stores are especially valuable, but this is not required.
