About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Assistant to support the owner of a busy real estate office in Leominster. This position is a blend of administrative work, personal assistant tasks, and project coordination. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working independently, and is looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.

What You’ll Do
In the Office:
- Manage emails, calls, and scheduling for the Owner
- Working directly with owner on construction project flows.
- Gathering bids from vendors
- Filling out sensitive documents ( Leases, reports, state compliance etc.)
- Organize files, handle data entry, and maintain confidentiality
- Research and assist with special projects (travel, vendors, pricing options)
- Coordinate logistics and events when needed
- Track and manage calendars, reminders, and to-dos
- Handle accounts payable - mostly data entry
- Keep supplies stocked and workspace organized
Outside the Office:
- Run local errands (mail, shopping, dry cleaning, bank deposits)
- Drop off/pick up materials and assist with deliveries
- Occasional planning or coordination for personal travel or events
- Post office pick ups.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Comfortable with minor troubleshooting of office equipment
- Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Leominster area
- Looking for a role with long-term potential (5 + years minimum)
- Not looking for remote work, this role is fully in person
Additional skills -
- Entry level Experience with Data entry

- Tech savvy - knowledge for streamlining processes
