LPN – Evening or Night Shift

Armor Health is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for:
✔ Evening shift: 3pm–11pm (5x8s) Monday through Friday. No weekends!
✔ Night shift: 7pm–7am (3x12s every other weekend)
at the Corrections Center of NW Ohio.

What you’ll do:
- Provide holistic nursing care in a correctional setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform assessments, vitals, TB testing, and lab coordination
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes
- Coordinate outside medical care when needed
- Collaborate closely with RNs and providers

Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- CPR certification
- EMR proficiency
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
