HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for an established outpatient pediatric practice in Massachusetts’ Merrimack Valley region.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to care for children from birth through young adulthood in a friendly, collaborative environment. The practice follows evidence-based pediatric guidelines and maintains established connections with a leading pediatric specialty network, providing strong referral access for patients with complex needs.

- Provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults
- Conduct well-child examinations, developmental assessments, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and common pediatric conditions
- Manage chronic and medically complex pediatric patients within scope
- Establish age-appropriate treatment and follow-up plans
- Review laboratory and diagnostic results and communicate findings to families
- Provide immunizations and supervise vaccine administration
- Educate patients and families regarding development, nutrition, safety, prevention, and treatment
- Coordinate referrals to pediatric specialists and other community resources
- Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and office staff
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely EHR documentation
- Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and patient-safety standards
- Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license
- Active DEA registration
- Active Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
- At least two years of Pediatric Nurse Practitioner experience
- Strong pediatric assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable managing both routine and medically complex pediatric cases
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and family-education skills
- Epic EHR experience is highly preferred
