What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Commercial Product Owner — Open & Semi-Open Loop within our SVS division. This position falls under our SVS Global Product / Commercial Product line of business and is in Louisville, KY. In this role, the Commercial Product Owner will own the commercial and product lifecycle for open loop and semi-open loop prepaid card products, helping move product ideas from concept through business case, prioritization, delivery, launch, and ongoing performance monitoring. You will report directly to the Commercial Product Leader / Hiring Manager and regularly collaborate with SVS Product, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, Solutions B2B, Operations, external partners, and corporate partner teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Owning the commercial product lifecycle for open loop and semi-open loop prepaid card products
- Taking new product ideas or concepts and moving them through SVS’s product evaluation process
- Documenting product details, requirements, terms, collateral, pricing, business case inputs, and partner information
- Building and maintaining product matrices and sales-facing materials that clearly outline available products and how they can be positioned
- Evaluating product opportunities by reviewing profitability, margin potential, competitive landscape, costs, impact, and market fit
- Partnering with Engineering, Implementation, Sales, Operations, Solutions B2B, and external partners to move product work forward
- Organizing stakeholder conversations, capturing follow-ups, recapping decisions, and translating discussions into clear project plans
- Supporting roadmap prioritization and helping determine whether product ideas should move forward or stop
- Training and enabling Sales teams on product offerings, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market considerations
- Monitoring launched products for adoption, distribution, revenue performance, and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, project management, business analysis, consulting, commercial product, or a related role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered
- Strong organization, documentation, follow-up, and project planning skills
- Experience taking a product, program, initiative, or business idea from concept through execution or launch
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, decisions, product details, and competing priorities
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to partner across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Implementation, Product, and external partners
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities, understand commercial impact, and think through pricing, profitability, margin, revenue, or business case considerations
- Comfort working in a complex, evolving environment where structure may need to be created from the ground up
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to turn vague ideas into clear plans, recommendations, and go/no-go decisions
- Experience using AI tools in a thoughtful, accurate, and responsible way preferred
- Experience in prepaid cards, payments, fintech, gift cards, stored value, incentives, card issuing, or partner-heavy product environments preferred but not required
Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $110,000.00 – $137,000.00, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
