Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations at our skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality care standards, and supporting the overall performance of the facility. The right candidate will bring leadership experience in long-term care and a strong understanding of both clinical and operational requirements.
Qualifications:

Current and active Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Wisconsin.

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care, with at least 2 year(s) in a leadership role.

Proven ability to lead teams, handle multiple priorities, and maintain a strong, supportive work culture.

Strong financial and budgeting skills, with experience managing the business side of healthcare operations.

Experience using electronic health records and long-term care management systems.

Strong working knowledge of CMS regulations and guidelines
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.

Recruit, train, and retain qualified staff.

Serve as a key point of contact between the facility, residents and their families, and regulatory agencies.

Develop and implement facility policies and procedures.

Analyze reports and data to improve operational effectiveness and resident care.

Develop and manage the facility’s budget, ensuring financial performance and accountability.

Provide leadership and direction for all facility departments and staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
