Entry Level Process Engineer
Role Overview
We are hiring an entry-level engineer to manage repair documentation, diagnose hardware, and support client communications. You will optimize workflows, test corporate equipment, and help drive department efficiency.
Core Responsibilities

Documentation: Maintain repair workflows, databases, manuals, and SOPs.

Communication: Liaison with sales teams and clients via phone and email.
*
Failure Analysis: Evaluate damaged products to diagnose defects and estimate repair costs.
*
Equipment Validation: Run testing protocols for trial and demo equipment units.
*
Reporting & Projects: Update senior leadership and execute cost-saving department projects.
*
Travel: Travel domestically and internationally up to several weeks per year.
Requirements

Education: Associate degree (2-year technical) in Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Technology.
*
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build positive client and internal relationships.
*
Tools & Software: Proficient with hand tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and test apparatus.
*
Ethics & Reliability: Dependable deadline-meeter with high integrity for handling confidential data.
*
Physical: Ability to safely lift and maneuver hardware weighing 30–70 lbs.
Preferred Skills
*
Practical bench experience (soldering, using voltmeters).
*
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
