Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Support and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development
- Manage employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing performance evaluations
- Oversee scheduling,and administrative tasks
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Requirements
- Active Cosmetology license
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
