Overview
We are seeking a Credit Representative to support financial operations through credit management and customer account analysis. This role ensures accurate account records, timely collections, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate customer credit applications and credit limits
*
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on past-due balances
*
Maintain accurate records of credit decisions and account activity
*
Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing and payments
*
Assist with internal financial reporting and account reconciliations
*
Support audits and internal reviews as needed
Qualifications
*
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
*
Previous experience in credit, accounting, or finance preferred
*
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
*
Excellent communication and customer service skills
