Job Description:
Seeking motivated and professional Associates of Professor of Aerospace Studies to provide instruction, mentorship, and leadership development to Air Force ROTC students. This position is responsible for teaching college-level curriculum focused on USAF and USSF foundations, Department of the Air Force history, leadership principles, and national security affairs.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication and leadership skills, prior military experience, and a passion for developing future Air Force leaders through classroom instruction and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and training to Air Force ROTC students
- Teach curriculum related to USAF & USSF foundations, DAF history, leadership, and national security affairs
- Mentor and support cadet leadership development
- Maintain a professional learning environment and uphold program standards
- Collaborate with ROTC and university staff as needed
Qualifications
Required:
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Previous military experience at the rank of O-3 or higher
