Autism Support Specialist ( PA for an independent 23 years old young man with autism)
Duties: Your Role:
- Lead the Day: Plan meaningful daily and weekly experiences.
- Lead Meaningful Projects: Design and complete goal-oriented projects with measurable outcomes that build confidence, skills, and independence.
- Own the Schedule: Coordinate; dental, drs appointments, medication timing, travel, and activities
- Teach your young adult Create Opportunities: Discover new community, educational, vocational, and social experiences, volunteering.
- Coach Executive Skills: Build planning, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Build Independence: Teach practical life skills for everyday success.
- Think Ahead: Anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative.
- Potential: Growth-Oriented-ABA trained continuous learner who is eager to learn, highly organized, and committed to growing into an exceptional Autism Support Specialist.
