We are in search of an experienced, reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team!
*Prior maintenance experience required*
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- General maintenance and groundskeeping
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Mechanical and HVAC repairs
- Janitorial Duties
- Customer Service
- Unit turns, make-readies, and rehab projects
Requirements:
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation: Pay is negotiable based on experience.
