Responsibilities - What you'll do
This position will be responsible for the following facilities: City Justice Center
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Engage with justice involved individuals to create awareness of employment and training opportunities
Provide assessments and career guidance to develop learning pathways
Collaborate closely with CJC, OVP and partner staff to ensure individual success
Provide and document case management activities to individuals who are participating in Re-Entry Connect services
Ensure individuals have access to sustainable employment opportunities
Collaborate with other job center staff and agency partners to ensure individuals successful transition into the community
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Beneficial education and/or work-related experience includes technical or professional experience in business, criminal justice, public administration or closely related area, including military or re-entry services.

License: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license while employed by the City of St. Louis.
