Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Aesthetician to join our vibrant medical spa team. In this role, you will combine your nursing expertise with aesthetic treatments to deliver exceptional care and transformative results for our clients. Your responsibilities will include administering advanced skincare procedures, performing cosmetic injections, and providing personalized consultations to help clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring client safety and optimal results
- Perform esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, dermabrasion, and other advanced skincare procedures
- Provide thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and recommend personalized skincare plans
- Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, processing retail sales, and maintaining guest records using esthetic software
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all safety protocols during procedures to ensure a hygienic environment
- Educate clients on skincare products through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance their treatment experience
- Support social media management, promoting services.
Skills
- Valid Registered Nurse license with additional certification in aesthetics.
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry or medical spa setting with knowledge of injectable treatments such as dermal fillers and Botox
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, inventory, and team collaboration effectively
- Proficiency in esthetic software platforms for scheduling clients and management
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Skilled in esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, and other aesthetic services
- Ability to perform sanitation duties diligently while maintaining a welcoming guest service environment
- Knowledge of social media management
- Strong sales acumen with experience in retail sales and upselling techniques within a hospitality or beauty context

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
