As a Bridal Sales Consultant, you will guide brides through every step of their gown-shopping journey, providing personalized, expert advice and a truly magical experience. Your role will be key in making their dreams come true, all while working alongside a talented, supportive team in our elegant boutique setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personalized Client Consultations: Offer one-on-one consultations to help brides find a gown that perfectly reflects their style, personality, and vision for their big day.
- Expert Styling & Sales: Utilize your fashion knowledge to style brides from head to toe, offering guidance on accessories, veils, shoes, and more, while achieving sales goals.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver a high-touch experience from the first fitting to the final alteration, ensuring each bride leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and ready for her wedding day.
- Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bridal trends and the latest collections from top designers.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work with our team to maintain an organized, welcoming environment and contribute to meeting sales targets and store presentation.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred (we’ll train for bridal expertise).
- Passion for Bridal Fashion: A genuine enthusiasm for wedding gowns, bridal accessories, and helping brides on their journey.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong listening and advising abilities to ensure brides feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their experience.
- Sales-Focused: Comfortable meeting sales goals in a retail setting with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Team Player: A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available on Saturdays to accommodate bridal appointments.
