Job Overview
· Support auction fulfillment operations by accurately receiving, staging, handling, and releasing auction merchandise.
· Protect Company property and ensure buyers receive correct items.
· Perform duties in compliance with Company policies, safety rules, and loss prevention controls.
Responsibilities
· Receive inbound auction merchandise and verify quantities and condition.
· Stage, organize, label, and store auction lots in designated locations.
· Match items to correct lot numbers and auction listings.
· Prepare sold items for buyer pickup or shipment.
· Verify buyer identity and release authorization prior to releasing merchandise.
· Safely load merchandise into customer vehicles or shipping carriers.
· Scan, track, and update lot and inventory status in Company systems.
· Report damaged, missing, or mis-listed items immediately.
· Maintain accurate handling and release documentation.
· Follow chain-of-custody, loss prevention, and safety procedures.
· Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
