About the Role: Sentri Homes is looking for a sharp, people-oriented Project Coordinator to help run residential construction projects. You will be coordinating contractors, sourcing materials, and keeping jobs moving. This is a full-time, in-person position. Your communication skills and trades knowledge will be used every single day.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, building relationships and holding people accountable
- Schedule contractors and coordinate job site activity
- Source and purchase materials for active projects
- Track project progress and keep jobs on schedule
- Manage project documentation and workflows using Notion
- Comfortable with technology and digital tools for project management
Pay Structure:
- $15/hr guaranteed base
- 5% commission per completed job
- Earnings increase with job volume
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communicator comfortable talking to contractors, suppliers, and clients in person and by phone
- Solid understanding of construction trades such as framing, roofing, and flooring
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple active jobs
- Valid driver's license required
- Full-time in-person availability required
