Responsibilities
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and integrity
- Upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Manage stock levels by assisting with stocking our buffet and salad bar and product replenishment
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers with questions and taking phone orders
Requirements
- Prior experience with POS systems and cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
